What is your availability?

My hours are generally Mondays - Thursdays, 6am-4pm (MST), 7am-5pm (CST).

Please reach out for current availability.

Can my pet(s) join me in session?

Of course! Our animals can be sources of support and reassurance, so if having them in session will help you out, then I'm all for it. Just as well, you may even see my cat, Tuna, make an appearance.

What Is Therapy Like?

The therapy process is different for everyone. Just as we are all unique as people, we will form our work around your unique needs. It is a time for you to explore your challenges, strengths, the tensions in your life, things that scare you, anxieties, emotions that feel out of hand, dreams and aspirations, and patterns that occur in your relationships and life in general. I'll be honest, it will feel difficult at times. But that's what creates lasting change.

What If I Feel Nervous Or Unsure?

That's totally expected! Most people get butterflies, second-guess themselves, and feel anxious (among many things) speaking with a stranger about the deeper, more complex parts of themselves. But you're supposed to feel these things, as it's very much an expected part of the process. You're here because you're wanting to change something, or many things, about your life - so the first step is always going to be a difficult one. Just remember, you're worth the work.
