55 minute sessions
Each individual therapy session typically lasts between 55 and 60 minutes. For those new to therapy I typically recommend establishing a once-weekly session schedule to build consistency, and start feeling results.

I believe the therapy process should never be a mass-produced or one-size-fits-all approach. Just as you are unique as a person, your therapy sessions should reflect the same attention to authenticity.
Confidential
Therapy through Erica Conklin Psychotherapy is always highly confidential, conducted over a HIPAA compliant and secure telehealth platform. I do not agree in utilizing AI within therapy spaces, so you can rest assured that the information you share will never be sold.
Who I Work With
Most people who find their way to me are feeling detached from who they are. I work from an attachment, psychodynamic, and emotionally focused approach that gets to the root of the pain instead of just managing the surface of it. My style is warm and honest, with room for some humor along the way. I'll meet you in the deeper, more vulnerable places, and I'll stay right there with you.
